With over thirty years experience in the construction industry RCL Building Services has completed a number of projects in both the Industrial and Commercial sector.
Industrial and Commercial construction projects have skills and knowledge specific to each of them that are required to ensure success.
Industrial Construction will often involve the creation of bespoke premises that have to accommodate the manufacturing machinery and engineering works needed for that business. Although every project has to be created individually, there are still a number of building regulations and legislative issues that have to be understood and adhered to.
In Commercial construction new premises can also be built specific to the needs of the business. However, more and more often it will involve the renovation and adaptation of existing premises, particularly in the leisure and retail areas of Commercial construction.
