RCL continually works with various local authorities and public sector clients using Cyclic and Reactive Maintenance schemes.
This experience has made RCL an expert in the area of Measured Term and Minor Works contracts. Working in these environments requires extensive knowledge of the procedures and administration that accompany it and we have worked hard to gain this on behalf of our clients. The PSA Schedule of Rates and The National Schedule of rates as well as other various public sector scheduling suites are often used to illustrate our best practice policy for every project.
Within Measured Term contracting it is important to be able to give the client as much information as possible before, during, and after project completion. For quality purposes this involves on site assessment and surveying as standard procedure throughout the life of the scheme. Full documentation of pre measured budget estimates are also supplied before any work begins and accurate measured accounts are available on its completion for financial issues.
